1. Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada and the United States. 

2. How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the weight, size, location and the shipping option you chose for your order. You can calculate the shipping cost for your specific order by adding the items to your cart and entering your shipping address during checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

We only offer free shipping on orders of $250 CAD or more. 

4. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

5. Do you offer tracking?

Yes, tracking is provided depending on the shipping option you chose. Tracking is recommended to ensure your order is delivered without any issues.

6. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we only take a few orders at a time however so please contact us to see if we are available to take your order. A custom order can take up to 1 month to be completed depending on the order, please keep that in mind. 


7. Can I return or exchange my order?

No, all sales are final.
